Furama Villas Minimum Price 540,000 USD
Colliers International Vietnam Co., sole marketing partner of Villas Furama Resort (Danang), today announced a minimum price villa in this project is 540,000 USD.
Colliers International India said, the construction company has completed infrastructure project Furama Villas, including: the road system for drainage, the operator is complete and the foundations of the villa .
Resorts Corporation by Ariyan (member of Sovico Holdings Corporation) as an investor with a total capital of 150 million, of which phase one is 57 million.

As designed, Furama Villas consists of 134 villas (with an average of 17% of construction) has an area of 280m2 – 976m2, comprising 3 to 4 bedrooms.
Distance from the resort to Da Nang City Center is 5 km, to Da Nang international airport is 7 km so very convenient for work, shopping, leisure and entertainment investors.
